River Bend

This house had undergone multiple modifications since it was first constructed in the 1960s. And our clients, unfazed by the prospect of a remodel, recognized the full potential of their home without the need to start from the ground up. While the property retained some of its original character, much of the remodel focused on reconfiguring the second story and private guest house, renovating the lower level areas, and introducing architectural elements where they had been overlooked. Because of our clients' fondness for pattern and striking hues, the imaginative story carried from room to room. They were also keen on functional layouts and a layered, modern classic home.

This project was honored with the prestigious PaperCity Design Award for 1st place in Residential Interior Design or Architectural Design, Singular Space – Bath. Read more here.
